In the workshop ‘Mastering Stress’, you’ll discover proven techniques and exercises inspired by elite sports to help you stay calm and composed under pressure. Whether facing stress, high demands, or chaos, this workshop will teach you essential tools for effective stress management and peak performance coaching. You’ll also practice at least three practical exercises to release anxious thoughts and stress, helping you unlock your best self.

The insights and exercises from this workshop can be applied to activate your best self and reduce performance anxiety and stress during exams, presentations, or job interviews. They’re also perfect for improving sleep, enhancing focus, relaxing deeply, and feeling more balanced.

The trainer is Mark Teijgeler, founder of the Examenatleet app. With over 20 years of experience as a mindfulness and meditation trainer, as well as a peak performance coach, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to this session. In 2024, he launched Examenatleet, a meditation, journaling, and breathwork app designed specifically for students.
